PDO – Yibal Khuff:  The Critical Sour Training involves a programme for a major PDO project, the Yibal Khuff Processing Facility on a site approximately 4 km2 in the EPZ. It is the first such facility in the world and will involve the removal of water, H2S and sulphur from sour and sweet crude and natural gas. The site which is  still undergoing construction will be brought online with phased pre-commissioning, commissioning and going operation during 2020. Ahmed Al Mandhari and Ian Phillips conducted the training at PDO Al Khuff for Batch-1 and Batch-2 on 10-11 March and 13-14 March 2020 personnel; and are responsible for onsite emergency response training for all key emergency response personnel especially for the LEBC and LECC, the Emergency Management Team, Incident Control Team  including the OSCs, Control Room Operators, the First Intervention Team and the  Site Team Members.
