International Conference on Engineering, Management, and Interdisciplinary Research (ICEMIR 2025)

About ICEMIR 2025: 

The International College of Engineering and Management (ICEM), Oman, in collaboration with the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar, Pakistan, and Karabük Üniversitesi, Karabük, Türkiye, is pleased to host the 1st annual International Conference on Engineering, Management, and Interdisciplinary Research (ICEMIR 2025), to be held virtually from 2 to 3 December 2025. Held under the theme “Innovative Interdisciplinary Research for Sustainable Development and Societal Impact,” ICEMIR 2025 offers a platform for students, researchers, educators, and professionals to share ideas, present original work, and foster cross-disciplinary collaboration. We warmly invite participants from all academic levels, institutions, and professional backgrounds to join ICEMIR 2025 as presenters, attendees, keynote speakers, reviewers, or co-organizing partners. Submissions are welcomed as abstracts presenting original and unpublished work, including but not limited to theoretical studies, applied research, experimental investigations, case analyses, technical developments, or design explorations. Full paper submission is optional. All accepted abstracts will be published in the ICEMIR 2025 Proceedings free of charge. After abstract acceptance, authors may choose to submit a full paper. Selected papers may be recommended for publication in Scopus-indexed journals, subject to the respective journal’s review process, policies, and fees. If not accepted, the paper will either be included in the ICEMIR 2025 Proceedings at no cost or recommended for publication in other academic journals, also subject to those journals’ editorial policies and fee structures. ICEMIR 2025 aims to promote inclusive participation, student-led innovation, and interdisciplinary dialogue across a broad range of fields. You are welcome to submit original and unpublished work in the following areas (including but not limited to)

  • 5 October 2025: Abstract Submission Deadline

  • Within 5 days of submission: Abstract Acceptance Notification (for Proceedings)

  • 15 October 2025: Full Paper Submission Deadline

  • Within 5 days of full paper submission: Full Paper Acceptance Notification (for Proceedings)

  • Within 10 days of full paper submission: Notification of Selection for Journal Submission

  • 5 November 2025: Journal Paper Submission Deadline

  • Within 15–25 days of Journal Paper Submission: Journal Editorial Decision

  • Within 5 days of receiving journal editorial decision: Journal Payment Deadline

  • 2–3 December 2025: Conference Dates

  • Within 7–10 days after the conference: Proceedings Publication

  • As per journal schedule (from December 2025 onward): Journal Publication (if accepted)
