MODULE AIMS

Information Technology 01 Module is designed to introduce students to the basic practical and concepts of IT for a foundational understanding of computing, including knowledge and use of operating system and software such as Microsoft office

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Define the features and functions of modern operating system and how Install and configure software.
Use File Explorer to find, move, manage files, a directory and follow a path.
Design simple documents such as (letters, reports, and a brochure etc.) by using MS Word.
Create presentations using basic skills for working with MS PowerPoint to set up presentations, and edit slides that include text, images, charts, tables or multimedia
Develop new Workbook contains variety of worksheets with basic skills in MS Excel, including how to enter and format text and basic formulas, navigate, and manage worksheets, filter, and sort data, create, and modify charts.

MODULE AIMS

Information Technology 03 Module is designed to equip students with the required computing knowledge and skills necessary for post-secondary study.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Evaluate the common features shared between the applications in Microsoft Office and explore basic techniques for working in an office application.
Classify the basic database concepts and Relate it with World Wide Web.

Information Technology 02 Module is designed to introduce students to the basic theories and concepts of IT for a foundational understanding of computing, including knowledge and use of computer hardware, software and operating system.

Extract the features and functions of modern operating system.
Demonstrate various types of computers hardware and there uses.
