About ICEMIR 2025: 

The 2nd International Conference on Engineering, Management, and Interdisciplinary Research 2026 (ICEMIR 2026) is organized by the International College of Engineering and Management (ICEM), Muscat, Oman. The conference serves as an international platform for researchers, academics, industry professionals, policymakers, innovators, and postgraduate students to exchange knowledge, present research findings, and discuss innovative solutions to global challenges. Building on the success of its inaugural edition, ICEMIR 2026 promotes interdisciplinary collaboration across engineering, technology, management, sustainability, education, business, environmental studies, and emerging research fields. The conference aims to support sustainable development, technological advancement, intelligent systems, and knowledge-driven societies through innovative and impactful research. 

 ICEMIR 2026 will be conducted fully online to encourage wider international participation, accessibility, and global collaboration among researchers and professionals from different disciplines and regions. Under the theme: “Innovative Interdisciplinary Research for a Sustainable and Intelligent World” the conference highlights the role of interdisciplinary research, emerging technologies, sustainability practices, and intelligent solutions in addressing societal, industrial, environmental, and economic challenges. The conference also aligns with the strategic priorities of Oman Vision 2040 by supporting innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, entrepreneurship, research excellence, and human capital development. 

ICEMIR 2026 welcomes original and high-quality research contributions across its conference tracks. Researchers may participate through abstract submissions or full paper submissions, with accepted contributions presented as oral presentations following the peer review process. Selected high-quality papers may be recommended for publication in Scopus-indexed and internationally recognized journals, subject to each journal’s review process, editorial policies, and publication requirements. Papers not selected for journal publication may be included in the ICEMIR 2026 Conference Proceedings at no cost or recommended for publication in other academic journals, subject to their editorial policies and fee structures. 

The conference particularly encourages interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral research that integrates scientific knowledge, technological innovation, sustainability practices, management strategies, and societal development to address complex real-world challenges and contribute toward a more sustainable and intelligent future.
